Registration Information

2017 Camp Registration Fees

  • $300 until March 17, 2017
  • $375 after March 17, 2017

Cost Includes

  • 3 nights lodging (Thursday-Saturday)
  • 9 meals (Thursday dinner – Sunday Lunch)
  • Independently roasted and carefully crafted coffee
  • A quality musical experience
  • All camp activities
  • Good vibes

Payment Information

  • Payments can be made by check or credit card.
  • Payments can be made in full or paid in 3 installments.
  • Your spot at camp is not officially held until at least the first installment is received.

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund of all payments received if request is made on or before May 1, 2017
  • 50% of the total tuition will be refunded if request is made on or before June 1, 2017.
  • 25% of the total tuition will be refunded if request is made on or before June 15, 2017.
  • No refunds will be given within 7 days of camp.

Additional Information

  • Deadline to submit registration is June 1, 2017.
  • A wait list will be set up if a high number of applications is received before the deadline.
